I am so stoked that you'll be joining me on July 17 for our Masterclass!

I know that from talking to my running clients (and even my husband) that we all want running to feel easy, but we don't want to put in the time.

​

I totally feel the same!

​

I would much rather be out camping, fishing, hiking, biking—whatever it is that I love doing during the short summer months—than spending hours in the gym.

​

And when we are in the gym, I want that training to compliment what I'm doing outside of it, not compete.

​

We'll go through this and more on July 17. I'll also have a special offer for those attending live, so make sure to mark your calendars!

"WILDR helped me dig in and prepare for my 1st Ultra event…3 months of Alecia doing her thing, she rolled out the science, and I followed her lead.I was prepared and confident for Leg 4 (23km of 1000ft elevation) of Sinister 7 and I was a able to achieve what we had planned thanks to her training.
